$250,000 to Go—Double Your Impact for NF1 Research

The Giorgio Foundation has partnered with Dr Sameer Agnihotri and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center since 2019. He has proven that the NF1 gene can be repaired using transplicing technology. Progress has continued and he has built a team of young researchers devoted to finding a cure for NF1.

This year we committed to establish the first endowed chair in NF1 research at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center which will fund NF1 research in perpetuity. We’ve already raised $750,000 toward our $1 million commitment.

We need just $250,000 more—and every gift will be matched dollar for dollar by UPMC. Your donation today will double in impact and directly accelerate breakthroughs for children living with NF1.
